Charitable Status

Jain Dharmarth Homeo Clinic (Run and Managed by Jain Maitri Sangh), a non-profit service oriented registered society under societies registration Act XXI of 1860 vide Reg No. S-5573 of 1972-73 dt. Nov 1972.

The society was registered u/s 12A, read with section 12AA(1)(B) of Income Tax Act, 1961 vide letter no. DIT(E)/2003-04/J-635/04/0270, dt. 02.06.2004, w.e.f.01.04.2003.

The society was also registered u/s 80-G(5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide letter no. DIT(E)/2009-2010/J-635/1263, dt. 12.08.2009.

Donations made to Jain Dharmarth Homeo Clinic are Tax deductible u/s 80G Exemption.

(Now after amendment in provision of Income Tax Act 1961 & rules made there under exemption is perpetually valid.)
